website or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Guided Care provides educational and navigational wellness content only. Nothing on this

platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified

healthcare professional regarding your specific health situation.

1. Who We Are

Guided Care is an educational wellness platform operated by Infuze MD The Cancer Center.

We offer physician-led video content and cancer navigation support for patients, families, and

caregivers. Our website is guided.care.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, signing up for the free 7-Day Clarity Plan, or purchasing the 8-Week

Cancer Companion Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these

Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes

by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our Services after

changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Our Services

Guided Care offers the following:

Free 7-Day Clarity Plan — one short physician-led video per day for 7 days, delivered by email

at no cost

8-Week Cancer Companion Program— 56 days of structured daily physician-led video content and

cancer navigation resources, available for purchase

Educational articles, resources, and related wellness content published on our website

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time

with reasonable notice.

4. Not Medical Advice

Important: Guided Care is an educational platform. The content provided — including all

videos, articles, and resources created by Dr. Nilda and Dr. Marco Abellera — is for

informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical

advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice

because of something you have read or watched on Guided Care.

Guided Care does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and any physician

associated with this platform. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified

healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or make a purchase. By using our

Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Our Services

are intended for individuals and family members navigating a cancer diagnosis — they are not

intended for use by healthcare professionals seeking clinical guidance.

6. Account & Registration

To access certain Services, you will need to provide your name, email address, and other

information. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when registering

Keep your information up to date

Keep your login credentials confidential

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. Payments & Pricing

The 8-Week Cancer Companion Program is available for a one-time payment of $97 USD. All

prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. You will always be shown the current

price before completing a purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us

to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout. We do not store your full

card number.

8. Refund Policy

We stand behind our program with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied

with the 8-Week Cancer Companion Program within 14 days of your purchase date, contact us

at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

The free 7-Day Clarity Plan is not eligible for refunds as it is provided at no cost

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Guided Care — including videos, written materials, graphics, logos, and

program content — is the property of Guided Care and Infuze MD The Cancer Center and is

protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may

not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission

Use our content for commercial purposes or to create derivative works

Share your account access or program content with others

Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from our content

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe

the rights of others. You may not:

Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services or systems

Use our Services to send spam, harass others, or distribute harmful content

Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or servers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guided Care and Infuze MD The Cancer Center shall not

be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from

your use of — or inability to use — our Services, even if we have been advised of the

possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services

shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of

California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these

Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
