Guided Care is an educational wellness platform operated by Infuze MD The Cancer Center.
We provide physician-led video content and cancer navigation support for patients, families,
and caregivers. Our website is guided.care.

We collect information you give us directly and some information automatically when you visit our site.
Your name, email address, and phone number when you sign up
Payment details processed securely through Stripe (we never store your card number)
Health context you voluntarily share, such as your diagnosis type or your relationship to a patient
Basic usage data like pages visited and device type

To deliver your daily videos and program content
To process your enrollment and payment
To send program updates, reminders, and relevant resources
To improve our content and website
To respond to your questions and support requests
We do not sell your personal information — ever. Not your name, not your email, not your
health context.
Who We Share It With
We only share your information with trusted service providers that help us run our programs:
Stripe — payment processing
GoHighLevel — email delivery and CRM
Google Analytics — anonymized website analytics
We may also share information if required by law. We will never share your health context with insurers, employers, or healthcare entities without your explicit consent.
